Spreading a little Diabetes Awareness on Talk of The Town!

I had a little chat with Sandy Benson recently on some of the factors involved in the Epidemic of Type II Diabetes, and what we can do to help protect our health against this unfortunate, and mostly preventable fate.

I have been trying to figure out the right diet, nutrition and supplementation for exactly 20 years.
