What is Reiki?

Reiki is a word from the Japanese language, meaning “Guided Life Force Energy.”  Life force energy makes up our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and consciousness, it flows through every living thing and connects us all as beings on this planet. We all have places in our energy that are off balance. We can be off balance due to stress, disease, pain, or emotional blocks, just to name a few.  Often times our physical pains and disease states can be as a result of energetic imbalance.

A Reiki practitioner offers this life force energy to you for you to receive where you are off balance, to help your body heal itself and move back into balance.

More often than not, a person’s physical health concerns are connected, to some degree, to energetic imbalances. As holistic minded Practitioners, we are trained to look for the “Root Cause” factors affecting a person’s health and wellbeing. It became very apparent to me after working with hundreds of nutritional therapy clients, that the root cause of many of their health problems were beyond what we could see, logically understand or measure on a lab panel. We had to look deeper.

As a Practical Reiki Master, ACMOS BioEnergetician & Functional Nutritionist, I work with people at the Mind, Body and Soul levels to provide holistic support to problems that my clients would like to address naturally, or to problems they have not been able to address through conventional means.

Reiki has been shown to naturally release stress, relieve pain, heal faster, shed emotional trauma, and gain an awareness of their mind-body connection. My clients have experienced improvements in their physical, mental and emotional health from our work together combining these healing modalities.

If this sounds like something you would like to pursue, you are welcome to schedule a free discovery session to learn more, or if you are certain that this is your direction, you are welcome to go ahead and book a Reiki Session below!
