- If you are an existing or past Happy Tummies client, please contact me for your follow up forms.
- If your mailing address is different from your PayPal address, please contact me immediately with your preferred mailing address for your HTMA kit.
- If you live in or near the Beaufort County or Jasper areas and would like help collecting your sample, please call me or email me to set up an appointment.
- Please note that after mailing your sample, results may take up to two weeks to be received.
